Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sunsuria, the Joint Advisers are pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has vide its letter dated 25 May 2015, approved the Company’s listing application in respect of the Proposed Reinvestment. The aforesaid approval is subject to the following conditions:-

1. Sunsuria, AmInvestment Bank and RHB Investment Bank must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main Market LR”) pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Reinvestment;
2. Sunsuria, AmInvestment Bank and RHB Investment Bank to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Reinvestment;
3. Sunsuria to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Reinvestment is completed;
4. A certified true copy of the resolution passed by shareholders of Sunsuria at the extraordinary general meeting for the Proposed Reinvestment; and
5. To incorporate all comments from Bursa Securities in respect of the draft circular to shareholders for the Proposals.
