We refer to the announcement dated 26 July 2017 in relation to the Proposed JV (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcement. The Board of Directors of Sunsuria wishes to announce that the Proposed Land Acquisition has been completed and the registration of the transfer of the Land titles in favour of the Proposed JV, Sunsuria Genlin Development Sdn Bhd (‘Sunsuria Genlin”) was made on 14 March 2018. Sunsuria Genlin has on 30 April 2018 received the duly registered original document of the Land titles. The announcement is dated 2 May 2018. |
