Mr Leong Kok Chi has more than 30 years of experience in the corporate finance and advisory, debt capital market, accounting and finance, and financial consultancy and services. He was actively involved in listing and fund-raising exercises, corporate restructuring and exercises including acquisition, joint venture and divestment of investments, and project financing.

Mr Leong began his career with a public accounting firm in year 1988. After practising, he moved on to assume various senior positions in finance and internal audit departments of several public companies listed on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia). The last position held by him prior to joining Sunsuria Berhad was the Chief Financial Officer of a public company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.

As the Chief Financial Officer of Sunsuria Berhad, Mr Leong is accountable for the Group's Corporate Finance and Company Secretarial divisions.
