The Board of Directors of Sunsuria hereby announces that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming Fifty-Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company:

1. Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate and New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and
2. Proposed Renewal of Existing Share Buy-Back Authority

(Collectively referred to as "Proposals")

A Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposals will be issued to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company’s Annual Report 2023.
