Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 2 December 2022 and 9 April 2024 in relation to the same. The Company wishes to announce that on 25 October 2024, the Parties agreed to further extend the Conditional Period for the fulfillment of the remaining conditions precedent under the SPA for five (5) months, commencing from 1 November 2024 and expiring on 31 March 2025. For avoidance of doubt, all other terms and conditions of the SPA remain unchanged. This announcement is dated 28 October 2024. |
