Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 3 April 2023, 30 June 2023, 29 September 2023, 4 January 2024, 29 March 2024, 28 June 2024, 30 September 2024 and 6 January 2025 pertaining to the MOU made between the Company and IAT Automobile. 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU as announced previously.
