The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Sunsuria Damansara Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Consolidated Factoring (M) Sdn. Bhd.), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 17 April 2025 entered into a development rights agreement (“DRA”) with Kwasa Development (13) Sdn. Bhd. to undertake a housing development on a parcel of freehold residential land held under HSD 326637, PT 57005, Mukim Sungai Buloh, District of Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan measuring approximately 38,299 square metres (or equivalent to 9.464 acres), in accordance to the terms and conditions set out in the DRA (“Development Rights”).
