We refer to our announcements made on 23 October 2013, 26 November 2013, 17 December 2013, 26 December 2013, 20 January 2014 and 22 January 2014 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maica, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an aggregate of 28.0 million new Maica Shares arising from: (i) issuance of 8,000,000 new Maica Shares pursuant to the Project Acquisition; and (ii) issuance of 20,000,000 new Maica Shares pursuant to the Land Acquisition, will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at 9.00 a.m. on 28 January 2014. This announcement is dated 27 January 2014. |
