Notice Of Bonus Entitlement

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 15835 OF 2002

BONUS ISSUE OF 21,726,912 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.50 EACH ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY FIVE (5) ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.50 EACH HELD.

Further to Listing's Circular No. L/Q: 15724 of 2002, in view of the closure of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange and its subsidiaries on Thursday, 5 December 2002 in conjuction with the "Hari Raya Aidil Fitri", members are hereby advised that the ex-entitlement dates will be changed accordingly as follows :


1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - Bonus Issue" ]
as from : [ 4 December 2002 (Instead of 5 December 2002) ]

2) The last date of lodgement : [ 10 December 2002 (Remain unchanged) ]

3) Retention Money : Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned :-

a) Selling Broker to deduct [ 1/6 ] , of the Selling Price against the Selling Client.

b) Buying Broker to deduct [ 16.66% ] of the Purchase Price against the Buying Client.

c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of [ 1/6 ] of the Transacted Price is applicable.
