The Board wishes to announce that Encik Mohtar Bin Abdullah, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company has been appointed as a member of Nomination Committee in place of Cik Yazween Binti Dato' Yahya with effect from 17 November 2004.

Pursuant to the above, the new constitution of the Nomination Committee of the Board will be as per Table A attached.
