The Board of Malaysia Aica Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that En Mohtar Bin Abdullah, who has resigned as director of the Company on 15 April 2013, has also resigned as member of the Nomination Committee on the same date.
Pursuant to the above changes, the members of Nomination Committee are as follows :-
