The Board of Malaysia Aica Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that Mr Wong Hok Yim, who was appointed as Director of the Company on 1 June 2013, has also been appointed as member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee on the same date, to replace Tan Sri Dato' Tan Hua Choon, who has resigned as Director of the Company on 1 June 2013.
Pursuant to the above changes, the new composition of the abovementioned Committees are as follows :-

2. Mr Wong Hok Yim
3. Haji Azizzuddin Bin Haji Hussein

Remuneration Committee :-
1. Mr Lee Yu-Jin
2. Mr Wong Hok Yim
