The Board of Malaysia Aica Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that Mr Teh Kay Yeong, who was appointed as Director of the Company on 1 August 2013, has also been appointed as Senior Independent Non-Executive Directorand as member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee on the same date, to replace Mr Lee Yu-Jin, who has resigned as Director of the Company on 1 August 2013.
Pursuant to the above changes, the new composition of the abovementioned Committees are as follows :-

2. Mr Wong Hok Yim
3. Haji Azizzuddin Bin Haji Hussein

Remuneration Committee :-
1. Mr Teh Kay Yeong
2. Mr Wong Hok Yim
