The Board of Directors of Malaysia Aica Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that Datuk Ter Leong Yap, the Executive Chairman and Mr Liew Jee Min @ Chong Jee Min, who is appointed as director of the Company on 18 March 2014, have been appointed as members to the Remuneration Committee on 18 March 2014.

Pursuant to the above changes, the members of the Remuneration Committee are as follows:-
