The Board of Directors of Malaysia Aica Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that Mr Liew Jee Min @ Chong Jee Min, who is appointed as director of the Company on 18 March 2014, has also been appointed as member to the Nomination Committee on the same date.

Pursuant to the above changes, the members of the Nomination Committee are as follows:-
