The Board of Directors of Malaysia Aica Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that in view of the resignation of Mr Teh Kay Yeong as Director of the Company on 19 March 2014, he also resigned as the Member to the Remuneration Committee.

Pursuant to the above changes, the members of the Remuneration Committee are as follows:-
