The Board of Directors of Sunsuria Berhad (Formerly known as Malaysia Aica Berhad) ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Forty-Fifth Annual General Meeting ("45th AGM") for the Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate").
The Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate will take effect from the date of the relevant resolution at the 45th AGM until the next AGM in 2015.
The Circular to the shareholders containing information of the abovesaid Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate is subject to the approval of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and will be sent to the shareholders of the Company in due course. This announcement is dated 14 August 2014. |
