The Board of Directors of Sunsuria Berhad (Formerly known as Malaysia Aica Berhad) ("the Company") wishes to announce on the following changes to the Nomination Committee of the Company on 28 August 2014:-

(i) Datin Loa Bee Ha was appointed as the Member to the Nomination Committee; and

(ii) Mr Koong Wai Seng resigned as Member to the Nomination Committee.

Pursuant to the above changes, the members of the Nomination Committee are as follows:-

1. Mr Liew Jee Min @ Chong Jee Min (Chairman)

2. Dato' Tan Tian Meng

3. Datin Loa Bee Ha
