Reference is made to the announcements dated 28 March 2014, 3 April 2014, 14 April 2014, 17 April 2014 and 12 May 2014 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sunsuria, the Joint Advisers are pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 2 October 2014 (which was received on 3 October 2014), approved the Company’s application for an extension of time of six (6) months until 10 April 2015 to complete the Rights Issue With Warrants and Private Placement.
