On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sunsuria, AmInvestment Bank Berhad, RHB Investment Bank Berhad and Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd (“Astramina”) (collectively, the “Joint Advisers”) wish to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has approved the Company’s request for a suspension in the trading of its shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 9 March 2015, pending a material announcement to be made.

The request for suspension is made pursuant to paragraphs 16.03 and 3.1(a) of Practice Note 2 on Requests For Suspension, of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
