We refer to the announcement made by RHB Investment Bank Berhad (“RHB Investment Bank”), AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) and Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd (“Astramina”) (collectively, the “Joint Advisers”) on behalf of the Board of Directors of Sunsuria (“Board”) on 10 March 2015 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

On behalf of the Board, the Joint Advisers wish to announce that the valuation reports for the Suria Serenia Land, SMSB Properties and Suria Hills 2A and 2B  by CH Williams, Talhar & Wong Sdn Bhd have been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad today.

The said valuation reports will be made available for inspection during normal business hours at Sunsuria’s registered office at Level 8, Symphony House, Pusat Dagangan Dana 1, Jalan PJU 1A/46, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia, from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
