Reference is made to the announcements dated 10 March 2015, 16 March 2015, 20 April 2015, 27 April 2015, 26 May 2015, 11 June 2015 and 12 June 2015 (“Announcements”) in relation to the Proposals. For consistency, unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, the Joint Advisers are pleased to announce that the SDSDSB Acquisition has been completed on 29 June 2015 in accordance with the terms of the SDSDSB SPA. Accordingly, SDSDSB is now effectively an approximately 100% owned subsidiary of Sunsuria. This announcement is dated 29 June 2015. |
