Reference is made to the announcements dated 28 March 2014, 3 April 2014, 14 April 2014, 17 April 2014, 12 May 2014, 3 October 2014, 3 April 2015, 22 May 2015, 11 June 2015 and 20 July 2015 in relation to the Rights Issue With Warrants and announcements dated 10 March 2015, 20 April 2015, 27 April 2015, 26 May 2015, 11 June 2015, 12 June 2015 and 24 July 2015 in relation to inter-alia, the Reinvestment (“Announcements”). For consistency, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, the Joint Advisers are pleased to announce that the Rights Issue With Warrants and the Reinvestment have been completed following the listing and quotation of:-

i.  475,084,416 Rights Shares together with 158,361,472 Warrants; and

ii.  102,040,816 Reinvestment Shares,

respectively, on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 27 July 2015.

The issued and paid-up share capital of Sunsuria upon completion of the Rights Issue With Warrants and Reinvestment is RM367,743,352 comprising 735,486,704 Sunsuria Shares.
