On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sunsuria, the Joint Advisers are pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 22 October 2015, approved the Company’s application for a further extension of time of six (6) months until 10 April 2016 to complete the Private Placement.
