Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09 (2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Sunsuria Berhad wishes to announce that the actual value of the Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("RRPT") transacted with Sunsuria Development Sdn Bhd, Genesis Pavilion Sdn Bhd and Planetis Resources Sdn Bhd pursuant to the existing Shareholders’ mandate obtained on 30 September 2014, have exceeded the estimated value of the RRPT as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 8 September 2015 ("Circular"), by more than ten percent (10%). The details of the deviation in actual transacted value over estimated value of the RRPT as set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 30 October 2015. |
