The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions (RRPT) of a Revenue or Trading Nature and New Shareholders Mandate for RRPT ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for RRPT") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The circular to shareholders containing information on the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for RRPT will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
