Reference is made to the announcements dated 12 April 2016 and 7 September 2016 (“Announcements”) in relation to the Exercise of Put Option and the share purchase agreement dated 7 September 2016 (“SPA”) entered between Sunsuria, Sunsuria North Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Consolidated Leasing (M) Sdn Bhd), Creed Investments Pte Ltd and Datuk Ter Leong Yap. All capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those set out in the Announcements unless otherwise stated.

The Board of Directors of Sunsuria are pleased to announce that the Exercise of Put Option has been completed on 30 September 2016 in accordance with the terms of the SPA. Accordingly, Concord Property Management Sdn Bhd has ceased as subsidiary of Sunsuria and CI Medini also ceased as an associate company of Sunsuria Group.
