The Company wishes to announce that pursuant to Rule 14.08(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Datuk Ter Leong Yap, a Director of the Company, has given notice to the Company of his intention to deal in the Company's shares during closed period.

The current shareholdings of Datuk Ter Leong Yap in the Company is as follows:-

*Deemed interested by virtue of his interest in TER Equity Sdn Bhd, TER Capital Sdn Bhd and THK Capital Sdn Bhd pursuant to Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965.
