Further to MBMR's announcement dated 8 July 2015, MBMR wishes to announce that the Liquidators of Hirotako Kein Hing Sdn Bhd (In Member’s Voluntary Winding-up) ("HKHSB”) and Duralux Sdn Bhd ("DSB"), both wholly-owned subsidiary companies of Hirotako Holdings Berhad, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 18 November 2016 convened final meeting of HKHSB and DSB to conclude the Member’s Voluntary Winding-up.

The Returns by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting (“Return”) of HKHSB and DSB were lodged on 22 November 2016 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver. Pursuant to Section 272(5) of the Companies Act 1965, on the expiration of 3 months after the lodgement of the Returns, HKHSB and DSB will be dissolved.
