The Board of Directors of Sunsuria Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 48th Annual General Meeting dated 31 January 2017 were duly passed at the 48th Annual General Meeting of the Company held at the Banquet Hall, Unique Seafood Damansara, Sunsuria Avenue, Persiaran Mahogani, Kota Damansara PJU 5, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan today.

The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, an Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. Details of the said results are set in the attachment.
