Reference is made to the announcement 26 April 2017 (“Announcement”) in relation to acquisition of 51% equity interest in Prosperspan Construction Sdn Bhd (now known as Sunsuria Asas Sdn Bhd)(“SASB”) by Sunsuria Builders Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Goodwill Atlas Sdn Bhd) (“SBSB”)(“Share Acquisition”). All capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those set out in the Announcement unless otherwise stated.

The Board of Directors of Sunsuria wishes to announce that the Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) has become unconditional on 14 July 2017 as SBSB is satisfied with the outcome of its due diligence on SASB. Accordingly, Shares Acquisition has been completed on 14 July 2017 in accordance with the terms of the SSA. SASB become 51% indirect subsidiary of Sunsuria following the completion of the Shares Acquisition.
