We refer to the announcement dated 26 July 2017 in relation to the Proposed JV (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcement. The Company wishes to announce that the Proposed JV has been completed pursuant to the issuance and allotment of the said number of shares in Goodwill Signature Sdn Bhd (“GSSB”, the joint venture company for the Proposed JV) to Sunsuria Gateway Sdn Bhd (“SGSB”) (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunsuria) and Genlin Development Sdn Bhd (“GDSB”) for a consideration otherwise than cash of RM1.00 per ordinary share. Following the allotment, the total SGSB’s and GDSB’s shareholdings in GSSB are as follows:
Further to the above completion of the Proposed JV, GSSB is now a 70%-owned subsidiary of the Company. This announcement is dated 16 August 2017. |
