We refer to the announcement dated 28 June 2017 and 3 August 2017 in relation to the Proposed JV (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcement. The Company wishes to announce that the Proposed JV has been completed following the issuance and allotment of 999,900 ordinary shares in CITIC Sunsuria Sdn Bhd ((“CSSB”), the joint venture company for the Proposed JV) to CITIC and SBSB for cash consideration of RM1.00 per ordinary share. Following the allotment, the total shareholdings held by CITIC and SBSB in CSSB are as follows:
