The Board of Directors of Sunsuria wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Tan Pei Geok and Dato' Quek Ngee Meng as Chairman and a member of Remuneration Committee ("RC") of the Company respectively which took effect upon the resignation of Dato’ Tan Tian Meng as Chairman of the RC and Tan Sri Datuk Ter Leong Yap as member of the RC on 24 November 2017. 

Henceforth, composition of the Remuneration Committee is as follows:-

1) Tan Pei Geok - Independent Non-Executive Director (Chairman)

2) Liew Jee Min @ Chong Jee Min - Non-Independent Non-Executive Director (Member)

3) Dato' Quek Ngee Meng - Independent Non-Executive Director (Member)
