The Board of Directors of Sunsuria wishes to announce the appointment of Datin Loa Bee Ha as a member of Remuneration Committee ("RC") of the Company take effect from 1 December 2017 consequent upon the resignation of Mr Liew Jee Min @ Chong Jee Min as member of the RC on 30 November 2017.  

Henceforth, composition of the Remuneration Committee is as follows:-

1) Tan Pei Geok - Independent Non-Executive Director (Chairman)

2) Datin Loa Bee Ha - Non-Independent Non-Executive Director (Member)

3) Dato' Quek Ngee Meng - Independent Non-Executive Director (Member)
