The Board of Directors of Sunsuria wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate at the forthcoming Forty-Ninth Annual General Meeting of Sunsuria to be convened on a date to be announced later. A Circular to shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be issued to the Shareholders together with Sunsuria 2017 Annual Report in due course. This announcement is dated 16 January 2018.
