The Board of Directors of Sunsuria wishes to announce that Sunsuria Group are proposing to diversify its existing principal activities of property development to include construction and related businesses (“Proposed Diversification”). Please refer to the attachment for further details. 

A Circular to shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Diversification will be issued to the Shareholders together with Sunsuria 2017 Annual Report in due course.
