Reference is made to Sunsuria Berhad’s (“Sunsuria” or “Company”) previous announcements dated 28 June 2017, 3 August 2017, 21 November 2017 and 21 December 2017 in respect of the Joint Venture between Sunsuria Builders Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as Goodwill Atlas Sdn Bhd) (“SBSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Citicc International Investment Ltd (“CITIC”) (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.

Subsequent thereto, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that SBSB had on 6 April 2018 entered into a Supplemental Agreement with CITIC (“Supplemental Agreement”) to amend and vary certain terms of the Shareholders’ Agreement dated 28 June 2017 (the “Principal Agreement”) entered into between CITIC and SBSB (“Variation”).
