The Board of Directors of Sunsuria wishes to announce that Sunsuria intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming 50th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company:-   

i. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("RRPT") of a revenue or trading nature and Proposed New Shareholders Mandate on new RRPT ("Proposed Shareholder Mandate");  
ii. Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to purchase its own shares ("Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority"); and 
iii. Proposed adoption of new Constitution of the Company ("Proposed New Constitution"). 

(collectively hereinafter referred to as "the Proposals") 

A Circular to Shareholders which sets out the details of the Proposals will be despatched to the shareholders together with the Annual Report of Sunsuria in due course.
