We refer to the announcements dated 28 February 2019, 1 March 2019, 4 March 2019, 13 March 2019 and 14 March 2019 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, IPS and Astramina wish to announce that all the conditions precedent for the Subscription Agreement entered into between Sunsuria and Ter Capital Sdn. Bhd. have been fulfiled, thereby making the Subscription Agreement unconditional as at 4 April 2019. This announcement is dated 4 April 2019. |
