Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 7 September 2018 in relation to the Collaboration Agreement (“Announcement”). Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those in the Announcement. The Board wishes to announce that the Collaboration Agreement has become unconditional following the receipt of the approval from the Ministry of Education of Malaysia (“MOE”) for the establishment and operation of the School based on the terms and conditions acceptable to MOE on 9 April 2019.
