We refer to the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those in the Announcements. 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sunsuria, IPS and Astramina are pleased to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS is on 4 September 2019, being the date of full compliance with Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities. 

In addition to the above, IPS and Astramina wishes to inform that the SFSB Subscrption and the Issuance of Shares have been completed.
