We refer to the previous announcements made in relation to the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, IPS and Astramina wish to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 27 September 2019 to seek for an extension of time of up to 15 April 2020 to enable Sunsuria to complete the implementation of the Private Placement ("Application"). An announcement will be made upon receipt of Bursa Securities’ decision on the Application when obtained in due course.
