We refer to the previous announcements made in relation to the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, IPS and Astramina wish to announce that Bursa Securities had resolved to grant Sunsuria an extension of time until 15 April 2020 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
