The Notice of the Company’s 51st AGM was issued on 31 January 2020 for its 51st AGM to be held at Sunsuria City Celebration Centre, Persiaran Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Thursday, 19 March 2020 at 10.00 a.m.

Subsequently, on 16 March 2020 our Prime Minister, YAB Tan Sri Dato’ Haji Muhyiddin bin Haji Mohd. Yassin had announced that a movement control order will be imposed from 18 March 2020 until 31 March 2020 to contain the COVID-19 outbreak. The said announcement was made following World Health Organisation’s declaration on 11 March 2020 that the COVID-19 outbreak is a pandemic.

In view of the above-mentioned, coupled with the concern of the Board of Directors for the safety and health of the Company’s stakeholders, the Board of Directors of Sunsuria hereby announced that the forthcoming 51st AGM will be postponed to a later date.

A new Notice of AGM will be announced when the time is appropriate.
