We refer to the previous announcements made in relation to the Strategic Cooperation Agreement (“SCA”) with IAT (“Announcement”). Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of Sunsuria wishes to announce that the SCA will lapse upon its expiry on 30 June 2020.

The lapse of this SCA does not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital, shareholdings of its substantial shareholders, net assets and gearing and earnings per share of Sunsuria Group.
