Bhd., a 70%-owned subsidiary of Sunsuria, has on 25 January 2021 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Kerjaya Property Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kerjaya Prospek Property Berhad to dispose 2 plots of vacant freehold agricultural land ("Disposal of Properties").
