We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 2 October 2020, 20 January 2021, 21 January 2021 and 5 February 2021 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that following the fulfilment of all the conditions precedent stipulated in the SSSA, the Proposed Subscription of BHP Development has been completed with the payment of the BHP Development Subscription Consideration in cash to BHP Development and the Effective Date has come into effect today in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SSSA.
